Real Warriors Campaign Encourages Service Members and Veterans to Seek Help for Invisible Wounds

The Department of Veterans Affairs reports approximately 11 to 20 percent of warriors may experience symptoms of PTSD. As we recognize PTSD Awareness Month, the Real Warriors Campaign encourages service members and veterans to seek help for invisible wounds.
