SOUNDBITE #1:

SUPER BOWL DAY IS THE SECOND LARGEST CONSUMPTION DAY BEHIND THANKSGIVING, SO IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE THAT THE DAY AFTER IS ONE OF THE SINGLE BIGGEST DAYS FOR GUYS TO START DIETS.  YOU KNOW THE DRILL … YOU GO FOR THE CHIPS, YOU GO LONG FOR THE GUACAMOLE AND YOU JUST KEEP GOING. THEN, YOU WAKE UP THE NEXT DAY AND YOU THINK, ‘MAN, I GOTTA DO SOMETHING I KNOW THAT WILL WORK. I NEED A WINNING GAME PLAN. I’VE HELPED PUT MEN’S DIETING ON THE MAP AND I GUESS IT’S WORKING, BECAUSE THE STATS ARE STAGGERING. MEN ALL OVER THE COUNTRY ARE DOING IT FOR THE SAME REASON I DID, THEY NEED A WINNING GAME PLAN.

SOUNDBITE #2:

WELL IT’S NOT JUST SUPER BOWL DAY — WHICH RUNS ON AVERAGE ABOUT TWELVE-HUNDRED CALORIES IN SNACKS ALONE — IT’S THE WHOLE FOOTBALL SEASON.  BOTTOM LINE:  YOU CAN’T EAT LIKE A PLAYER IF YOU’RE NOT PLAYING, BUT SOMEHOW WE SEEM TO FORGET THAT WHEN WE’RE ON THE COUCH.   SO, THE DAY AFTER THE SUPER BOWL — ‘SUPER BOWL MONDAY’ IS A GREAT DAY TO GET BACK IN THE GAME!
